Where to start? I was born in Baton Rouge. I grew up in Charleston, SC. When I graduated from the College of Charleston I lived for 6 months in Savannah, GA before  moving to Atlanta and getting married to my Charleston sweetheart. We lived in Atlanta for about 4 years, then moved back to Charleston and have been here ever since.

My interests are varied, but especially include messing around with British sports cars, collecting miniature car models, listening to Jimmy Buffett, writing, and doing as much traveling as possible.

At the moment I drive a 1977 MGB that is on the road after about 3 1/2 years of work. There is a lot more to do, but it feels great to be able to drive it around, and my kids love it! I really need to thank my friend Gene who expended an huge amount of effort on this car. Without him, this car would not be on the road now, and I probably would have given up. On the computer side, I do client-server and intranet development and support. I also write technical reviews, and I hope to develop my writing career into a larger part of focus. For more details on what I have written, click here!
